Some findings are documentation. Some findings are a phone call. A few are a phone call you make while you are already doing something else with your hands. Triage the findings, build a handoff that gets the listener what they need in fifteen seconds, and decide what a UAP may do — and what never leaves the RN.
Read the findings, then choose what you do next. Getting it wrong in either direction has a cost: escalating everything makes nobody come, escalating nothing makes it too late.
