Screen the Method, Read the Clock, Sort the Bleeding

Contraception is counselled by typical-use effectiveness tier, and every oestrogen-containing method is screened against the absolute contraindications before it is offered. Build a history, choose a method, and see which criterion fires and why — thrombotic, arterial or neither. Then run the emergency contraception clock, and classify abnormal bleeding with PALM-COEIN.
