Lower Tract Bench: Culture First, Scan First, Strain Everything

Below the kidney, almost everything is infection or obstruction, and the level of the problem predicts the symptoms and the fix. Take eight patients, place each one at the right level of the tract, then commit to a first nursing action. Then strain a stone and build its prevention plan, and finish by sorting five patterns of leaking — because the treatment for each one is completely different.
