The Procedure Suffix Console

A procedure term tells you the mechanism before you read a single line of the note body: the suffix says whether tissue was viewed, cut into, removed, opened or repaired. Set what was done and where, and the console assembles the word and then answers the question consent forms, operative reports and billing codes all turn on — was anything actually removed? Then classify the grafts.
