Gram-negative Pathogens

Four gram-negative organisms sit behind a huge share of serious infection. All four wear a second outer membrane loaded with LPS. Pick one, then work it three ways: streak it on four media and read the colonies, peel its envelope apart layer by layer, and push a dose of its endotoxin to see what the numbers do.
