You have just started at a busy hospital. Walk the corridor with WASD, the arrow keys or the buttons on screen. Each door opens onto a different wing, with 5 patients in it. They get harder as you go.
Each patient arrives with a complaint and a set of vital signs. Use the chart tabs to ask questions, check the body, order blood work and call for scans. Every move costs points, so spend them with care.
Once you have enough to go on, name the diagnosis. Get it wrong and the attending gives you a hint. You get 3 tries before the case closes.
Say in your own words how the disease works. Your answer is scored on the key ideas it hits. Outstanding takes all three: the right diagnosis, a solid mechanism, and points well spent.
Put the actions in order (what has to happen FIRST?), pick the right drug, then answer a question about the case. Scored on judgment and on getting the order right.
