Simplifications: genes assort independently (no linkage), every zygote survives, and each offspring is drawn by chance from the parents' gametes. Gene A is flower colour, gene B is seed colour, gene C is seed shape. In epistasis mode, gene A sets the pigment (purple, or pink if aa) and bb blocks all pigment, giving white flowers. The chi-square critical values use p = 0.05; the test needs an expected count of at least 5 in every class.
Problems are randomly generated. Probabilities can be typed as a fraction (3/16), a decimal (0.1875) or a percent (18.75%). Chi-square answers are accepted within about 0.05. Pedigrees assume full penetrance and no new mutations.

Drag a card onto a box, or tap a card and then tap the box's name. Cards are buttons, so Tab and Enter work too.
Fictional people, animals and data. Teaching examples, not medical or legal advice. Real genetic testing and counselling consider much more information.
Wrong picks are fine here. Each one tells you why.
