Food values are rounded averages for typical portions. Food-group targets follow a 2,000-kcal reference pattern; nutrient targets are adult DRIs for ages 19 to 30. One meal is drawn against one-third of a day. The nutrient density score is a simplified teaching index: the average share of six key nutrients (capped at 100% each) divided by the share of 2,000 kcal. Everything here is a rough population estimate for learning, not a personal plan.
Labels and foods are randomly generated for practice and follow current label conventions (Daily Values for a 2,000-kcal reference). The worked solution shows units cancelling (struck through in red) and each step built line by line.

Drag a card onto a box, or tap a card and then tap the box's name. Cards are buttons, so Tab and Enter work too.
Fictional people and generic foods. Teaching examples with rounded values, not personal medical or diet advice.
Wrong picks are fine here. Each one tells you why.
