First, open a nephrology note and expand every abbreviation in it — then decide for each one whether it is safe to write at all, because four of the twenty are on the Joint Commission “Do Not Use” list. Second, build the operations: urinary surgery is named by its suffix, so choose a root and an ending and see what the patient actually goes home with.
