Nutrition · Modules 1 to 14

See It: Nutrition

See nutrition happen inside the body. Each module has an animated walkthrough that follows food from the plate to the cell, with worked examples for every calculation, and a Lab with simulators, a practice trainer, a sorting game and real-life care scenarios. Everything runs in your browser on a computer, tablet or phone. No login, nothing graded.

How to use this: open the walkthrough first and go at your own pace with the arrow keys or Next. Then open the Lab: run the simulator, practice in the trainer with its hints and worked solutions, and try the real-life scenarios. Use the tools bar at the top of each page to pause the animations, slow them down, have the text read aloud, or get a written description of each picture. For learning only, not personal medical or diet advice.
